Privacy & Cookie Policy

Effective October 26, 2026 · Updated October 26, 2026

This policy explains what information DanielleSpanburg.com collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The site is run by Danielle Spanburg, author of Built With Intention, in St. Augustine, Florida.

What I collect

When you join the First 500 launch team, I collect what you type into the form: your first and last name, your email address, where you are in your journey, what you do, your Instagram handle, and whether you plan to read and review the book. Only your first name and email are required.

Like most websites, the services that run this site also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

How I use it

I use your information to send you launch updates and the occasional note from me, to understand who the book is reaching and how readers use the site, and to keep the sign-up form free of spam. I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that help run the site

Sign-ups and emails are handled by LeadConnector (HighLevel), the platform this site is built on. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a real person. Fonts load from Google Fonts. If you choose “Accept all,” Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and RB2B also run (see Cookies below). This site and its analytics are set up and managed for me by Loud Canvas Health, my marketing partner. Links to Amazon and Goodreads take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site uses them in two ways:

Type	What it does	Your choice
Essential	Makes the sign-up form and its spam protection work, and remembers your cookie choice.	Always on
Analytics & visitor insights	Google Analytics (how visitors find and use the site), Microsoft Clarity (anonymized heatmaps and session replays of clicks and scrolling), and RB2B (may match a visit to publicly available business or professional profile information, such as a name, company, or LinkedIn profile). These only run if you choose “Accept all.”	Off unless you opt in

You can change your choice anytime with , or clear cookies in your browser.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, email [email protected] and I’ll take care of it.

Keeping it safe

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the launch team and my emails, and I rely on the security of the services above to protect it.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
